Embarking on a transformative health journey, I discovered a new lease on life by fundamentally changing how I eat. After confronting less-than-ideal lab results a few years ago, I realized it was time for a change. My quest for better health led me to explore and combine two powerful dietary approaches: the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. This wasn’t a journey I embarked on blindly; it was fueled by countless hours of watching educational YouTube channels, diving into books, and listening to audiobooks. Through gradual changes, reducing meal frequency, and eliminating carbs and sugars, I’ve transitioned to eating one meal a day (OMAD) within a ketogenic framework. The result? A significant improvement in my health markers and a testament to the power of diet in transforming one’s health. This is not just a story of weight loss but a testament to a healthier, more informed way of living.
